Silence
as a medium
for attention.
Hannah Marshall is a British conceptual artist and founder of H+, an artist led ecosystem creating cultural infrastructure for human attention. Her work uses charged silence, subtraction and listening architecture to create conditions for deep listening, collective attunement and human connection. In a culture of mass distraction, the work asks what becomes perceptible when noise is removed. Subtraction is both an artistic language and a methodology. Less becomes the condition for more.
